Meet Mike & Hayley.

One brings a career spent making games. The other brings an educator's understanding of how people learn, play and flourish.

Mike Meaden

Co-Founder & Creative Director

Mike brings 15 years of games-industry experience spanning game design, AAA production, senior production, studio leadership and creative direction.

At 2LC, he leads the creative vision, shapes game concepts and design direction, and steers development strategy. He cares deeply about small, focused experiences with room for experimentation, personality and the joy of play.

Hayley Meaden

Co-Founder & Studio Director

A former primary school teacher, Hayley brings first-hand understanding of children, classrooms, learning environments and the realities of family life.

At 2LC, she helps shape studio direction and operations, protects our family-focused values, and guides learning-led products so they are genuinely useful as well as fun. Her perspective keeps our ideas grounded in the people they are made for.

Education is part of that vision, but never the whole of it. Whatever we make, it should earn its place through warmth, character and a genuine reason to be played.
